Transfer Service
A paid transfer service is arranged by the Organizing Committee between the arrival points of Hefei and the official venue, Fengda International Hotel. The service is open to all participating teams — players, coaches and team leaders — from every country and region.

All rates are denominated in RMB and cover driver service fees, on-site staff costs,
fuel and insurance. Prices shown are per one-way trip, per vehicle.

What Is Included
On Arrival
- Bilingual pick-up placards at arrival points, with team name plates and bilingual guidance.
- Bilingual attendants on board to assist with communication and headcount.
Service Guarantees
- All vehicles hold valid official commercial operation credentials.
- Each vehicle is equipped with a first-aid kit and bottled water.
- Vehicles arrive at the pick-up point one hour ahead of the scheduled time.
- Carrier's Liability Insurance and Passenger Accident Insurance provided.

it by email to fettibu045@gmail.com at least
1 day in advance, for unified scheduling.
Report delays as early as possible
If a flight or train delay alters the scheduled pick-up or drop-off time, notify the Organizing
Committee as soon as you can so the transfer can be rescheduled.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be reported to the Organizing Committee at least
4 hours before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise the
full transfer fee is still charged.
Payment Method
On-site settlement in RMB. Payment is completed at the
registration desk on the day of arrival, by cash or mobile payment.
