It is mandatory for all team members and partnerships, including captains, coaches and other team officials, competing in World Bridge Championships to have a Commitment Form completed, signed and registered with the WBF. Many players will already have done so, as they will have competed in previous events including their own Zonal Championships where all competitors have to be registered. Players in the transnational teams may need to register and complete the Commitment form. They also need to send in a photograph of themselves, head and shoulders please and without sunglasses, in focus and good resolution, to be sent to registration@worldbridgefed.com

The Commitment form is digital, and can be signed and thus registered online with a copy sent automatically to the WBF. Youth players who are still minors (normally those under 18) will need to have the form completed by their parent or guardian together with a Parental Consent Form, which is also digital.
