18th World Youth Bridge Team Championships, Veldhoven, Netherlands
All players and officials (NPCs, coaches and other team officials) are required
- to be registered in the WBF Database. If any players or officials are NOT registered they should download this form, complete and return it to anna.gudge@worldbridgefed.com. To check if a player is registered please go to : http://www.worldbridge.org/people-finder/ and type in their name (you do not need to put the country). If they are registered you will find their details there.
- At the same time, send in a photograph of themselves, head and shoulders, in focus and good resolution – a selfie is fine. This will be published on the WBF website with their player record and also be printed on their badge to permit entry to the venue
- Also at the same time, all players, NPCs, Coaches are required to read, complete and sign a WBF Commitment form in advance of the Championships. Note that forms provided since 2017 are still valid and need not be completed again. However any forms prior to that date require renewal. The Commitment form is now available as a digital form and once completed will automatically be registered by the WBF as well as being sent by email to the person signing it. - Each competitor under the age of 18 (or who is a minor according to the law in their own country if that age is different) will also need to provide a Parental Consent Form, to be read, completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. Click here to sign the Parental Consent Form online.
