System cards for the Small Federations Online Open Teams must be registered by Thursday 25 September 2025 at the latest. Minor changes to system cards are allowed up to Monday 29th September 2025. They must be sent by email to systems@worldbridgefed.com. The email must state which team they are for. The cards that are registered will be displayed here. All cards received will be acknowledged and players are asked to check that they are shown as they should be.
Players are reminded that the card must be in the correct WBF Format and must fit on 2 pages – a front and back – with a maximum of 6 supplementary sheets if required.

- WBF System Card Editors – – Note that the WBF Standard Card is also available on this page and can be downloaded and used as required. It is Word format so amendments can be made. Please ensure if using it that the players’ names are entered on it and that it is named correctly.
- WBF Systems Policy
Things to note:
This is a Category 3 event as described in the WBF Systems Policy. Therefore, neither Brown Sticker Conventions nor HUM Systems are permitted. The system cards must be in English. The system cards must be prepared using the WBF Template in Word or Excel. Cards must be legible and print on two sides – cards that do not do so will be rejected. Supplementary sheets must be cross-referenced to the card.
The file name must convey the name of the partnership(s) and the NBO.

The cards must be on two sides only – the front and back. Cards overlapping onto more pages will be rejected.
The cards may be supplied in Word, Excel, or PDF format (PDF is the preferred format).
Amendments to the system cards to clarify meanings or to correct typographical errors will be accepted up to Monday 29 September 2025 All amendments must be clearly highlighted.
