Do I need to register my convention card in advance ?

No, there is no requirement to register your card in advance. You do, however, need to bring two copies to the table for your opponents each time you play.

Most of the time I am sure you will remember to take them back, but there will also be times when you inadvertently leave them behind so be sure to bring extra copies to Orlando with you as there will not be any photocopying or printing facilities on site !
