System cards for the Small Federations Online Open Teams must be registered by Thursday 25 September 2025 at the latest. Minor changes to system cards are allowed up Monday 29th September 2025.

Once the System cards are received they will be published on a website, which can be accessed on the WBF microsite, and also via RealBridge event pages. Please go to the microsite 2 days after submitting system information to check they are listed for your team, as you expect them to be.
