- Play will start at 10.00 every day unless otherwise advised in notices and the Daily Bulletin.
- Play will end between 18.30 and 19.00 each day.
- The number of boards will be between 48-52 per day with exceptions for U16 (probably something like 42 in the same time) and the B-final (probably 2 sessions instead of 3) on the last day.
The format of the Teams event will depend on the number of participating teams in each of the five categories, with the intention that all teams will play in the main event for the full duration if at all possible.
The format of the Pairs event will also depend on the number of participating pairs in each category, with the default being two days of qualification followed by one day of Finals A and B as was the case in the most recent editions.
Registrations must be submitted electronically, via the WBF Website (not by e-mail) by 30 June 2024.
Entries will be accepted after this deadline only for operational convenience and at the discretion of the Championship Committee.
System Cards:
There is no requirement to register system cards in advance for this event, but each pair must have copies of their cards in the WBF format to take to the table for their opponents. The Championships are Category 3 which means no HUM or Brown Sticker Conventions are permitted at any time.
