20 October	National Teams Registration : 14.00 – 18.00
21 October	National Teams Registration : 10.00 – 18.00 Captains’ Meeting : 17.00 (room TBA) Opening Ceremony : 19.00 in the Auditorium of the Centro de Convenciones – (Cocktail and fingerfood will follow)
22 October	National Teams Registration : 09.00 – 09.55
22 – 27 October	Qualification National Teams. All series will play 6 days of Qualification with the top 16 advancing to the KO stage in accordance with the following schedule:
22 October	Open Teams: 3 x 16 board matches Women & Seniors: 4 x 12 board matches Mixed if 29 teams: 5 x 10 board matches
23 October	Open Teams: 3 x 16 board matches Women & Seniors: 4 x 12 board matches Mixed if 29 teams: 5 x 10 board matches
24 October	Open Teams: 3 x 16 board matches Women & Seniors: 4 x 12 board matches Mixed if 29 teams: 5 x 10 board matches
25 October	Open Teams: 3 x 16 board matches Women & Seniors: 4 x 12 board matches Mixed if 29 teams: 5 x 10 board matches

28 October	National Teams Round of 16 played in 4 segments of 15 boards each BAM Teams
29 & 30 Oct	National Teams Quarter-Finals: 8 segments of 15 boards each Pablo Lambardi Transnational Open Teams qualification stage 1; National Pairs qualification
31 Oct – 1 Nov	National Teams Semi-Finals: 8 segments of 15 boards each Pablo Lambardi Transnational Open Teams stage 2; all teams continue from stage 1, adding drop-ins from National Teams Quarterfinals National Pairs Semi-Final A & Semi-Final B All non-qualifiers are eligible to play Final B
2 & 3 November	National Teams Finals & Play-Offs: 8 segments of 15 boards each Pablo Lambardi Transnational Open Teams Finals in groups playing a Round Robin; all teams participate; National Pairs Final A & Final B
3 November	Prize Giving and Closing Ceremony : 19.00 in the Auditorium of the Centro de Convenciones – (Cocktail and fingerfood will follow)
