Looking back at the teams finals I spotted this deal from session 3:
The auction did not develop well for North, who had no real clue as to her partner’s strength.
West led the [C]A but that was the only trick for the defence.
North’s double worked like a charm when South had enough to come in over 4[C]. When South was subsequently able to cue bid in diamonds North had heard enough.
There was nothing to the play.
