System cards for the Small Federations Online Open Teams must be registered by 5th December at the latest. Minor changes to system cards are allowed up to 8 December 2024

They should be emailed to systems@worldbridgefed.com. or directly to anna.newton@worldbridgefed.com. All emails with system cards will be acknowledged.

Once they are received they will be published here. Please go to the website when you have received the email telling you they have been received and CHECK that they are complete and are in accordance with the regulations on two sides (front and back).

Things to note:

• This is a Category 3 event as described in the WBF Systems Policy. Thus neither Brown Sticker Conventions nor HUM Systems are permitted.
• The system cards must be in English.
• The system cards must be prepared using the WBF Template in Word or Excel – players are reminded not to use either ‘Numbers’ or ‘Pages’ on a Mac as these do not convert correctly to PDF. Cards must be legible and print on two sides – cards that do not do so will be rejected. Supplementary sheets (maximum 6) must be cross-referenced to the card.
• The cards must be on two sides only – the front and back. Cards overlapping onto more pages will be rejected.
• The cards may be supplied in Word, Excel or – if possible – PDF format. 
• Amendments to the system cards to clarify meanings or to correct typographical errors will be accepted up to 8th December. All amendments must be clearly highlighted.
• Registered systems will be displayed via this site.
